What to expect

A 1:1 coaching session is your time to explore whatever has been on your mind. You can come prepared with specific topics, or we can simply begin the session and see what unfolds. Over time, you’ll start to notice patterns in yourself and understand that every challenge in your life is coming up at the perfect moment to be healed. This is when the excitement begins, and you’ll notice shifts in your responses and results.

My approach is gentle yet profoundly effective. Rather than giving advice or telling you how to handle a situation, my role is to serve as your mirror, guiding you to the answers already within you. I do this through active listening, thought-provoking questions, and helping you connect with your emotions to allow the healing and transformation to occur. But don’t worry, you will never be forced to confront anything you do not feel you are ready to face.

Not every session will yield dramatic breakthroughs, and that’s perfectly okay. Trust in the process—everything happens in divine timing. What’s not meant for you will naturally fall away, creating space for what is. I will guide you through this journey with compassion and support.

I take my practice very seriously and our sessions are completely confidential.
